Rachel has been giving lessons to our 7 year old during quarantine and she is an excellent teacher! She is very competent, patient, sweet and supportive. She always made the lesson fun, my son loved the time with her and was never bored. All subject were well explained and re-explained in very interesting and interactive ways. Should we be able to fit other classses into our routines we will certainly look for her again. Thank you very much Rachel, looking forward to other classes with you.

Lesley was a wonderful kind patient teacher for my daughter who arrived in the UK aged 13 with very little English and went straight into normal school (but online given COVID). Lesley helped her during each holiday with positive fun interactions and built her confidence. My daughter's school report now one year on is full of praise for how quickly she learned English. Lesley is a super teacher who has been teaching my daughter during her stay in UK and even after moving back to Japan for these several months. My daughter is fully enjoying her classes and keep developing her English capability. Lesley's flexibility in lesson schedule is also very helpful especially during the changed environment/school schedule (as well as the time-zone gap) of my daughter.

I really like working with Fran. She always knows what to do and answers all my questions about the language, even silly or tough ones. Before my son started online learning with Lesley, I thought that online learning was not a good learning tool. However, after seeing my son's improvement, I was convinced that online learning is a great tool, especially with a great teacher such as Lesley, who can adapt the lessons to his needs.

My six-year-old daughter really enjoys learning English with Lesley.
The lessons are engaging, with different (though related) activities.
Lesley is full of energy, adapts her lessons according to our need, takes the time to send information about what has been studied after each lesson (which is valuable and really nice of her).
We're really satisfied with her lessons.

My son has been taking lessons with Lesley. Lesley is a professional teacher with an extensive teaching experience. She carefully plans her lessons which are adjusted as per the needs of a child. Her lessons have very good balance of grammar, reading and listening exercises. Lesley possesses a great variety of teaching materials and vary the lesson content each week so that a child doesn’t not get bored. My son’s favourite exercise is when they read a beginning of a story and then Lesley asks him to compose a continuation of it. It is a fun and great learning exercise, allowing a child to use imagination and practice English. After each lesson Lesley sends us a summary of what have been learned so that we can see the progress and repeat the material. I’d recommend Lesley to children- English learners.

Carl has an incredible gift for teaching. His classes seem like play but there is a lot of serious learning going on. It’s been such a joy to witness my son learning so fast with a truly warm, personal and caring teacher like Carl..He has my highest recommendation.
